Quadjam does collect information when you come to our site via your order and/or your browser. All of the information is dependent upon your interaction with our site. When you first log onto our site we automatically record the domain, date, time and the IP address your coming from. This is used to determine the usage of our site. We do not use this information to send an E-mail or unwanted Spam. The only time you will get an E-mail from us is at your request. This means you have singed up for a mailing list, ordered some goods or sent us an E-mail that needs a reply. During your shopping experience at Quadjam you will also come in contact with a technology called cookies. This is a set of data that is loaded on your PC to track and process your order. Cookies are also used to default information in so that you do not have to re-enter it all of the time. Most people do not know that cookies are placed on their computer, but be assured that they are at most sites. At this site they are only used to aid in the processing of your orders.

We do not give out your personal information to anyone that is not in the order processing chain. This means distributors, shippers, and credit card processors only. Each one of the entities in this chain only gets the information needed to perform his or her duties. They are not to use this information for any other purpose. B. You should not give out your passwords to other users and or family members, as you are responsible for their actions.
C. You should not download anything from this site or any other site without taking precautions, as we will not be responsible for any damage to any of your property based on any download.
D. You may not represent any of the works on Quadjam’s site as your own. (All material is protected under copyright law)
E. You may not use any information on this site without explicate permission from Quadjam Enterprises Inc.
F. You may not make side deals with Quadjam employees for any discounts, auditions, and or products. Anything not in writing will not be honored.
G. You may not represent yourself as an employee of Quadjam Enterprises Inc., when you are clearly not a representation of us.
H. Remember your information is important, so please make sure you give it out only when needed. Any information given out on the forum’s can be seen by others, so be careful. Since the forum is free for all we will not be responsible for others and what they post. Please be cautious of your children going to this part of the site, as it is not Quadjam Enterprises Inc. content, but user content.
I. Music usually consists of licenses to use beats. Each license agreement is different, but the process is the same. You must sign an agreement with Quadjam in order to use any of their beats. All of our beats are original and copyrighted. Without a singed license agreement, deposit and a written release you are not permitted to use our music. Violators of this will be dealt with harshly.
J. All e-books are under copyright laws. You may not distribute without explicit permission from Quadjam Enterprises Inc. When purchasing an e-book you will be taken through the purchase process and then you will be sent e-mail. When you receive this e-mail you can click on the link and select your current purchase. When you click on the purchase you will see a link for your download. You will also receive e-mail with the password to your new e-book. As each e-book has a different signature this e-book you download will be linked to you specifically. It is your responsibility to respect the copyright and legal bindings of purchasing this works. It is not to be re-sold and or put out for free download anywhere else. If it is determined that you are the source of illegal downloads then Quadjam Enterprises Inc. will prosecute to the maximum extent of the law.
K. On the shopping site you may see articles and reviews that are not necessarily of the same beliefs as the Quadjam family’s beliefs. Because we are in the entertainment industry we do thrive and appreciate others thoughts and comments. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the content of the articles and the advice contained within them. However we will try to weed out those with poor taste and information we know to be incorrect. As a consumer please be careful and investigate any information you receive. Do not think of anything as gospel. We here a Quadjam will do our best to make sure that we aid in giving you the best of the best. Also, we are not responsible for those who are not part of the Quadjam family. If you are in question of someone’s background do not hesitate to contact us. We will be happy to confirm our workers identity. We do not support side deals and hookups so get everything in writing. When shopping on-line we will always provide you with a receipt and then follow-up with an e-mail receipt if an e-mail address was provided. Finally with your purchase we will send you another hard copy of the receipt just to make sure you have all of the information you need. Why do we go through all of this?
